The DG-Store is designed to store graphics or full frame images. Unlike our logo generator products it does not
have an internal keyer. It's main outputs are Key and Fill. This enables it to be used in up-stream applications.
Programming
The graphic elements can be ‘grabbed’ (programmed) from an SDV input. This allows direct transfer from your
graphics system into the store. The graphics can be full colour and have transparent elements within them. It is
also be possible to program the store via an RS232 (or RS422) from a standard desktop computer. This allows
back-up and access to a large number of graphic elements.
Storage
The graphic elements are stored in non-volatile memory so are not lost when the power is removed. The maximum
size the graphic element can be is 512x256 pixels. If a full screen caption or slide is required then this can be offered
but the number of graphics that can be stored is reduced. The DG-Store may be ordered configured for 8 graphics,
or 4 graphics and 1 full screen, or 2 full screen images. The graphics can be positioned anywhere on the screen
regardless of where they were, when they were grabbed.
