The DA1909 is a unique computer video line driver with equalization controls for RGB video and built-in ground loop isolation capabilities. The DA1909 is typically installed at the end of a long cable run, immediately preceding a projector or other display device, but it can also be used at the front end of a cable run.
The top panel of the DA1909 provides three 16-position controls that allow the installer to dial in the appropriate amount of video equalization for each of the Red, Green and Blue channels. Each step in the 16-position control compensates for approximately 25 feet of coaxial cable, though results vary depending on the quality of the cable, the resolution of the source, and the display device itself.
The DA1909 also offers GLI on-board¢â, a feature that protects against "hum bars" and other artifacts caused by ground loops in a system. The common mode range of the DA1909 is 1V with a video signal of 1V p-p.
The DA1909 is extremely compact, making it easy to fit into tight spots. Optional mounting brackets (MB1001) enable it to be mounted to almost any surface. |
