The DA1910SX is a high-resolution interface designed to allow the connection of a computer video source to a scan-rate compatible monitor or projector. It is compatible with VGA thru UXGA, MAC, SUN, SGI, and other analog computer video sources.
The DA1910SX is available in six different "Packs," which indicate the type of Input and Local Monitor adapter cables that are included with it. These include the VGA-Pack, the MAC-Pack, the SUN/SGI-Pack, and the RGB-Pack. A Combo-Pack (VGA/MAC) and a Super-Pack (VGA/MAC/SUN/SGI) are also available. See DA1910SX Packs for additional information.
The DA1910SX uses a 15-pin HD input that is compatible with standard VGA cables. The DA1910SX provides two buffered outputs: a main output on 5 BNC connectors that offers RGBHV, RGBS, or RGsB, and a pass-through 15-pin HD output used to feed a local monitor. If the input signal format is RGBS or RGBHV, the main output can be RGBHV, RGBS, or RGsB. If the input signal is RGsB, the output must be RGsB; the DA1910SX is not designed to strip Sync from Green.
The DA1910SX offers a number of useful features, such as a Horizontal Position Adjustment control and dip-switches for Input Termination, Horizontal Positioning Disable (used with LCD displays), and ID Bit (used to emulate a local monitor when interfacing laptop computers).
