Component Time Base Corrector TBC / Synchronizer
Full frame synchronization and time base correction for component applications are what you get from this one board, which can be 1 of 10 in the Multi-II. This processor transcodes between Y/C, and composite inputs and outputs; in NTSC, PAL or PAL-M at technical standards that exceed broadcast specifications.
